Dancercise Classes in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells

In just three weeks participants came along to local workshops to learn three fun dancercise routines, including an Olympics themed dance which involved sports such as boxing, weight lifting and fencing, which we then had great fun performing en masse on Sunday 14th October at the Angel Centre.

The Dancercise Company organised the 100² Challenge to not only support men through dancercise but involve them, too.  Donations to this worthy cause can be made at http://www.justgiving.com/teams/dancercisecompany

On Sunday 14th October, Our Dancercise Company 100² Challenge took place at the Angel Centre in Tonbridge.

40 local men and women (dressed as men!) ranging in age

from 17 to 76 took part in the dancercise challenge raising over

£9,500 for www.prostatecanceruk.org. A FANTASTIC RESULT!
