Lynn’s passion for music and movement goes back as far as she can remember. Once lost at the Cumberland Show her parents were relieved to find their two year old daughter surrounded by smiling onlookers dancing away to music being piped out of a tannoy above her. It was the start of many enjoyable years of dance, music and exercise, but mainly as a hobby. It has only been through her training and experience as a Personal and Professional Development Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and her exploration of contemporary dance and particularly Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms, that Lynn discovered the full value of dance, music and exercise, and that the mind and body truly are one integrated system.
